### Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bildungsangebote
  • Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards und aktueller Lehrinhalte
  • Koordination und fachliche Begleitung unserer Dozentinnen und Dozenten
  • Entwicklung praxisnaher Lehr- und Lernkonzepte
  • Mitgestaltung neuer Bildungsangebote in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen ( Pflegefachkräfte mit Weiterbildung zum Wundexperten ICW®, Pflegepädagogen usw. )
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege und Interesse am Wundmanagement
  • Idealerweise Qualifikation als Wundexperte ICW® oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
  • Pädagogische Qualifikation oder Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung von Vorteil
  • Organisationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Menschen fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
