  • Capelle – das sind erfahrene Fachanwälte mit den Schwerpunkten Handelsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Erb- und Steuerrecht.
  • Wir suchen zum Jahreswechsel eine/n Fachkraft für Bürokommunikation (w/m/d) in Teilzeit (20 Stunden, gffs. mehr).
  • Sie organisieren das Dezernat selbständig einschließlich der Koordinierung und Vorbereitung von Terminen, Reisen und Meetings, führen und erstellen die Korrespondenz, notieren und überprüfen die geleisteten Mandatsstunden und können auch geordnete Aufstellungen auf Basis von Belegen selbständig erstellen.
  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und gerne auch Berufserfahrung und beherrschen die gängigen MS-Office Programme.
  • Wir bieten eine attraktive Vergütung einschließlich Jobticket und ein nettes, gut motiviertes Team von Anwälten und Mitarbeitern. Unsere Kanzlei liegt ideal erreichbar zentral in Düsseldorf.
