Das 1657 erbaute idyllisch gelegene Altstadthotel GOLDENER LÖWE liegt unterhalb des Schlossbergs, nur wenige Schritte vom Markt entfernt und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Bummel durch Meißens Altstadt. Im hauseigenen Restaurant „Zum Löwen“ oder im Eventlokal „Zum Speicher“ genießen Sie kulinarische Köstlichkeiten und erlesene Weine der Region.

Wir suchen zum baldmöglichsten Beginn

einen Fachmann -frau Restaurants und Veranstaltungsgastronomie (m/w/d).

Die Arbeitszeit ist in Teilzeit ab 30 h/ Woche oder in Vollzeit 40 h/ Woche möglich.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • -> Gastlichkeit leben & Freude am Bedienen und Verkaufen !
  • Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste
  • Einsatz im Früh- und Spätdienst im Restaurant und auf der Terrasse
  • Vorbereiten des Service (Mise en place)
  • Frühstücksservice
  • selbständiges Führen einer à la carte Station im Restaurant, des Eventlokales ‚Zum Speicher‘ und der Terrasse
  • Betreuung von Veranstaltungen (Firmen-/Familienfeiern, Events)
  • Beratung und Empfehlung zu Speisen und Weinen
  • Kassieren und Erstellen der Tagesabrechnung
  • Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Warenbestellung und Lagerung
  • Inventur

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung
  • Fachmann -frau Restaurants Veranstaltungsgastronomie (m/w/d)
  • Zuverlässigkeit
