  • Gewährleistung der Standards wie Produktsicherheit und Hygienevorschriften
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung und dem Verkauf unserer Produkte
  • Einteilen der verfügbaren Arbeitskräfte (gemäß Dienstplan)
  • Training der Mitarbeiter und Sicherstellung der Gästezufriedenheit
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Übernahme von eigenen Verantwortungsbereichen und Unterstützung des Betriebsleiters in deiner Abteilung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Gastronomie- oder ähnliche Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Qualitätsorientiertes Denken und hohes Hygienebewusstsein
  • Ehrlichkeit und Vorbildwirkung
  • Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B1)
  • Führerschein & eigenes Fahrzeug
