Gesucht wird für ein kundenorientiertes Immobilienunternehmen, das Wohnungen verwaltet und eng mit der Kommune verbunden ist, ein Bautechniker oder Meister im Heizungs-, Sanitär - oder Elektrobereich.

Kernaufgaben:

  • Planung der Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär- und Elektrogewerke (H/L/S/E) im Neubau sowie bei Modernisierungen in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 8 (9) der HOAI, mit einem Schwerpunkt im Wohnungsbau.
  • Formulierung von Vorgaben an externe Fachingenieure und Überwachung der Umsetzung dieser Vorgaben.
  • Abnahme der Leistungsphasen externer Fachingenieure.

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung zum Bautechniker oder Meister im Heizungs-, Sanitär- oder Elektrobereich.
  • -Berufserfahrung im Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärbereich oder im Bereich Gebäudeelektrik.
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsstärke und hohe Konfliktlösungskompetenz im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD in 2D und 3D sowie mit AVA- und Berechnungsprogrammen (idealerweise Trimble plancal).
