## Das erwartet Sie

  • Entwicklung von Konzepten und Entwürfen für den Bereich Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von TGA-Projekten unter Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen und Budgets
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Zeitplänen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen und Standards sowie Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Bauherren und anderen Fachplanern

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energie-, Gebäude- oder Versorgungstechnik oder eine technische Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär (HLS)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Arbeitsvorbereitung von TGA-Projekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Planungstools wie AutoCAD, Revit, liNear/Viptool, AVA-Software und MS Project
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
