WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

  • Planung, Beratung und Durchführung von Objektüberwachungen im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär Baumaßnahmen in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der HOAI
  • Projektleitung und Überwachung der Projektphasen von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme, einschließlich Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle
  • Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären gesamtheitlichen Planungsteam
  • Erfassung und Koordination der gewerkübergreifenden Problemstellungen
  • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) im Projektteam und Beratung der Bauherren (m/w/d), Architekten (m/w/d) und aller am Bau beteiligten Firmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektteams (z.B. Automatisierungs-, Elektroinstallations-, Kommunikations- und Sicherheitstechnik) sowie Kunden (m/w/d) und Partnern (m/w/d)
  • Durchführung von Energieanalysen zur Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen und
  • Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) im Bereich Heizungs -, Klima-, Lüftungs- oder Sanitärtechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Montage
  • Kenntnisse in der Gebäudeleittechnik KNX , BACnet und Modbus TCP
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft (inklusive Wochenende)
  • Teamorientiert und selbständig
