Fachplaner - Gebäudeautomation (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung spannender Projekte der Gebäude- und Anlagenautomation (HOAI-Anlagengruppe 8, Leistungsphasen 1–9)
  • Du entwickelst smarte Gebäudeautomations- und Smart-Building-Konzepte mit Fokus auf Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Du erstellst Planungsunterlagen, Funktionsschemen, Regelschemata und Datenpunktlisten
  • Du planst Schnittstellen zu TGA-Gewerken und Smart-Building-Technologien mit
  • Du unterstützt bei Projektkoordination, Termin- und Kostenkontrolle sowie Qualitätssicherung
  • Du analysierst bestehende Anlagen und unterstützt bei Energieoptimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen, Berechnungen und Konzepte – auch mit modernen BIM-Systemen
  • Du begleitest Inbetriebnahmen, Funktionsprüfungen und Abnahmen gemeinsam mit Projektleitern und Bauherren

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technischer Systemplaner/in (Versorgungs- und Ausrüstungstechnik / Elektrotechnische Systeme), Elektroniker/in (Automatisierungstechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik) oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung und Lust, dich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erste Erfahrung in der TGA- oder Gebäudeautomationsplanung
  • Grundkenntnisse HOAI
  • Interesse an digitaler, vernetzter Gebäudetechnik und Affinität für Software & Systeme
  • Verständnis für technische Abläufe in Gebäuden
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erste Kenntnisse in AVA (z. B. California), VOB, BIM, CAD (z. B. WSCAD), VDI 3814
