Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Selbstständige Konzeptionierung, Projektbearbeitung und Objektüberwachung von Projekten der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 1 - 3 und 7 nach HOAI, Leistungsphase 1 - 9
  • Auslegen von technischen Komponenten
  • Durchführen von Berechnungen z. B. für Heiz- oder Kühllast sowie Dimensionierungen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen / Auswerten von Firmenangeboten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Ingenieur der Versorgungstechnik oder einem fachähnlichen Bereich
  • Alternativ staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Meister für HLSK
  • Grundkenntnisse in VOB, AVA (z. B. Orca)
  • Grundkenntnisse in der HOAI
  • Gute Microsoft-Office-Anwender­kennt­nisse
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte und struk­turierte Arbeitsweise sowie Team­fähigkeit
