### Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Erarbeitung technisch anspruchsvoller Lösungen im Team – auch gewerkeübergreifend
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, MSR-Schemata und Datenpunktlisten sowie Funktionsbeschreibungen und Auslegung von Schaltschränken gemäß HOAI, LPH 3–9
  • Souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Planungsbeteiligten sowie Kunden, verbunden mit Begeisterung für die Projekte

### Ihre Expertise

  • Leidenschaft für den Beruf, bestätigt durch einen erfolgreichen Studienabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Gebäudeautomation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. als TGA-Meister, Elektromeister oder -Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Planung und Abwicklung von Projekten in den Leistungsphasen 1–9 der HOAI / VOB
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen mit AVA-Software (z. B. RIB iTWO) sowie Kenntnisse in MSR-Planungstools (vorzugsweise TRIC) und BUS-Systemen (z. B. BACnet, Modbus)
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Team, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Kosten-Nutzen-Denken
