Meine Aufgaben:

  • Arbeit nach den Leistungsphasen 1-9 der HOAI
  • Planung von Heizungs- und Trinkwasseranlagen im Wohnungsbau
  • Durchführung von Rohrnetzberechnungen und Kostenberechnungen
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Bearbeitung von Angeboten
  • Betreuung von Baustellen innerhalb Berlins und im nahen Umland (90 % Innendienst)

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Fach- oder Fachhochschulausbildung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik oder ähnliches
  • Wünschenswert 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Software und gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Outlook und Excel)
  • Kenntnisse in der Haustechnik-Planungssoftware Kemper dendrit sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • PKW-Führerschein Klasse B für die gelegentliche Baustellenbetreuung
