### Ausbildung / Qualifikation

  • Ingenieur des Fachbereichs Energie- und Wärmetechnik, Fachrichtung Versorgungstechnik
  • Staatlich geprüften Sanitärtechniker oder
  • Staatlich geprüfter Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechniker

### Hauptaufgaben

  • Planung versorgungstechnischer Anlagen im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Lüftungs- sowie Klima- und Kältetechnische Anlagen
  • Bearbeitung sämtlicher Leistungsphasen der HOAI von der Grundlagenermittlung über die Ausführungsplanung bis zum Projektabschluss für Neubauten und Modernisierungsobjekte
  • Beratungsleistungen zur energetischen Anlagenoptimierung, Konzeptstudien, Machbarkeitsstudien
  • Gewerke übergreifende Koordination
  • Erstellung der technischen Berechnungen und technischen Zeichnungen von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Systemplanern
  • Abstimmung mit den Projektbeteiligten insbesondere Auftraggebern, Architekten und Planern sowie externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Schriftverkehr mit den Projektbeteiligten
