IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Freundliche und kompetente Betreuung sowie Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung
  • Koordination zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und internen Abteilungen
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör
  • Bestellung und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen
  • Abwicklung von Schadensfällen mit Versicherungen und Kunden
  • Verantwortung für die Lagererhaltung und Warenorganisation
  • sowie alle weiteren anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Arbeitsbereich

IHR PROFIL:

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung im KFZ Bereich
