In dieser Funktion übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen sowie für das das gesamte Erscheinungsbild deiner Filiale. Die Einführung und Ausbildung deiner neuen Mitarbeiter*innen gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Personaleinsatzplanung. Du unterstützt deine Mitarbeiter*innen beim Erreichen der Ziele und stellst deren Schulungsbedarf fest . Du bewältigst die vielfältigen Aufgaben als Filialleitung und hältst die rechtlichen Bestimmungen des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels ein.   • Arbeitszeit: Voll-/Teilzeit 35-38,5 Stunden pro Woche im Rahmen der Geschäftsöffnungszeiten - nach Absprache
  • Arbeitsort: Rum, Feldkreuzstraße 1

  • Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit Brot, Gebäck, Kaffee und Snacks
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
