  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fachkundige Beratung und herzliche Betreuung unserer Kund_innnen
  • Ansprechende Präsentation unserer hochwertigen Feinkost-Spezialitäten und der frisch zubereiteten Hausmannskost.
  • Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP).
  • Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung mit dem Ziel, die Filialleitung zu übernehmen.
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie sind zuverlässig, freundlich, ehrlich und arbeiten gerne sauber und genau.
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, der Gastronomie oder im Feinkostbereich
  • (Quereinsteiger mit Leidenschaft für gute Lebensmittel sind ebenfalls willkommen!).
  • Ambition:
  • Sie haben Lust darauf, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den nächsten Karriereschritt zur Filialleitung zu gehen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für den täglichen Kund_innenkontakt.
