DAS ERWARTET DICH:
Leitung der Abteilung Frischetheke inkl. Mitarbeiter_innenführung (Personaleinsatzplanung, etc.)
Aktiver Verkauf und fachkundige Beratung der Kund_innen
Attraktive Aktions- und Warenpräsentation und Preiskontrolle
Bestellungen sowie Kühl- und Lagerwesen
Verantwortung für Einhaltung der Sauberkeits- und Hygienerichtlinien
Verantwortung für Umsatz-, Kosten und Ertragsentwicklung im Frische-Bereich
Verantwortung für monatliche Inventur der Frischetheke
Verstärkung des Führungsteams im Markt
Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter_innen

ENTLOHNUNG:
Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt ein KV-Mindestgehalt von EUR35490,00brutto pro Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
