HIERMIT SETZEN SIE AKZENTE:

  • º Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung der Filiale unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen
  • º Tägliche Optimierung unseres Kundenservice, gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team
  • º Sicherstellung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe im Verkauf, an der Kasse und im Lager
  • º Umsetzung unserer Merchandisingkonzepte
  • º Eigenständige Auswahl, Führung und Motivation der Filialmitarbeiter

DAMIT KÖNNEN SIE GLÄNZEN:

  • º Kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Führungserfahrung im Retail
  • º Begeisterung für unser Sortiment sowie Freude an Beratung und Verkauf unserer vielfältigen Produkte
  • º Interesse an Modetrends und ein gepflegtes, modisches Auftreten
  • º Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • º Spaß an der Führung eines Teams, von der Einsatzplanung, über die Motivation bis hin zur Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt 14 mal jährlich auf Vollzeitbasis mind. 2.535,- €, abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
