Professioneller Umgang mit Kund_innen
Interesse an Mode sowie aktuellen Fashiontrends
Teamplayer (m/w/x) in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Aufgabengebiet:

Sicherstellung eines hohen Maßes an Kund_innenzufriedenheit durch exzellenten Verkauf Service
Aufbereitung der Kleidung, sowie Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Store
Empfehlung und Präsentation von Artikeln, entsprechend den Kund_innenbedürfnissen
Proaktive Unterstützung des Verkaufsprozesses
Reklamationsabwicklung
