Facilities and Workplace Experience Coordinator – Arc’One

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

• As the Facilities Coordinator at Arc’One, you will help keep our manufacturing, distribution, and office environments safe, clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. This is a hands-on role that combines practical maintenance tasks with coordination, problem-solving, and responsive service to our teams.
• From building production furniture and completing minor repairs to coordinating cleaning services and setting up events, you will take pride in keeping our spaces up to standard. You bring a flexible, service-minded approach: no job is too big or too small. You are ready to pitch in, work safely within your training, and coordinate the right support when a task requires additional expertise.

This role is based out of Arc’One in New Westminster and is expected to be performed on-location.

You will work with Facilities, Manufacturing, Distribution, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and office teams, as well as porters, cleaners, suppliers, and service representatives. Together, we respond to everyday needs and improve the workplace for employees and guests.
