Job Description:

• •Support the maintenance and efficient operation of facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, water supply, and wastewater systems.
• •Assist with inspections and troubleshooting to ensure the facility systems operate reliably and safely.
• •Participate in preventive maintenance activities, under the guidance of senior team members, to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• •Coordinate with teams and external vendors on facilities projects, including equipment installations and repairs.
• •Help ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.
• •Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation for facility systems, including technical reports and maintenance logs.

Job Requirement:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .
• •A willingness to learn facility management skills.
• •Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• •Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems; familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and safety.
• •Enthusiasm for teamwork and a proactive approach to tasks.
