What You'll Do

Be the on-site leader ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service at our premium Frankfurt corporate site.

• •Manage all facility operations in compliance with German legal requirements
• •Oversee vendor performance, budgets, and procurement processes
• •Serve as primary facilities contact for clients and stakeholders
• •Maintain critical environment standards and risk management programs
• •Implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• •Ensure HSSE and financial compliance across operations

What We're Looking For

Essential experience:

• •5-10 years in Facility Management
• •Hospitality background highly valued – we need someone with a genuine service mindset!
• •Strong vendor management capabilities
• •Fluent German AND English (both essential for this role)

• •Hands-on mentality – roll up your sleeves and get things done
• •Service-oriented mindset – anticipate needs and deliver exceptional experiences
• •Excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• •Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

• •Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
• •Solid IT proficiency
• •HSSE knowledge
