Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of facilities projects, including renovations, new office buildouts, and ongoing facilities operations while supporting the logistical needs of a growing multi-site organization.

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities

• •Support facility-related projects across multiple sites, including planning, design, permitting, and construction for new and existing office locations.
• •Coordinate office renovations and expansions, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, building management, and internal stakeholders.
• •Coordinate logistics related to office moves, installations, and setup, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• •Track project timelines, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities in compliance with internal policies.
• •Coordinate with external parties on the permitting process and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
• •Support space planning, office layouts, and occupancy planning to optimize use of space and accommodate workforce growth.
• •Serve as the point of contact for general contractors, vendors, and service providers across all projects.
• •Prepare and deliver regular updates, presentations, and reports to senior leadership on project status and performance.
• •Ensure all construction and renovation work meets X-Energy’s standards for safety, efficiency, and functionality.
• •Maintain project documentation and ensure post-project evaluations and handoffs are completed.
• •Support overall headquarters operations and regional offices with logistics planning, facility maintenance, and ongoing improvement projects.
• •Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
• •Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• •Assist and support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under guided supervision.

Job Minimum Qualifications

• •High school diploma is required.
• •Valid driver’s license, required.
• •Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• •Willingness and ability to travel to offsite local properties.
• •Assist and support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities.
• •Zero to two years of experience in a relevant role required.

• Work Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office

Hours: Standard office schedule are 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri

Compensation

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives.

Offers within the posted salary range are commensurate with the individual’s qualifications for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth. The salary range for this position is:

$26.44- $31.31/hr
