  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform high-level electrical repairs, including lighting ballasts, circuit breakers, and panel upgrades. Ensure all exterior campus and field lighting is functional for evening events.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee additional vendor electrician or HVAC support as needed to ensure quality work is completed.
  • Compliance: Maintain meticulous logs of inspections and repairs to satisfy state child-care licensing and fire marshal requirements.
  • Work Orders: Complete work orders as assigned in a timely manner in a highly relational enviroment.

2. Campus & Grounds Stewardship

  • Infrastructure: Oversee the upkeep of multiple buildings, ensuring plumbing, structural, and mechanical systems are operational.
  • Athletic Fields & Exterior: Coordinate with grounds crews to ensure fields, irrigation systems, and multipurpose outdoor spaces are safe for P-12 physical education and weekend church events.
  • Vendor Liaison: Act as the technical point of contact for external contractors during major capital projects or specialized installs.

3. Safety & Security

Environmental Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted with "Child-Safe" protocols (securing tools, managing chemicals, and scheduling loud/hazardous work outside of school hours).
