Facility Engineer

Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities

Lead CSA and MEP design reviews for factory projects.

Manage building, civil, structural, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection scope.

Perform value engineering and best-value option analysis.

Coordinate EPC firms, consultants and suppliers through startup.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

Knowledge of safety, quality and project management.

Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.

Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial or factory engineering environments.

Fluent Japanese required. Business-level English preferred.

Core Requirements: Able to perform engineering design, best value option analysis, startup/commissioning support, and supplier management.

・安全・品質・プロジェクト管理知識

・図面読解能力

・製造業、飲料、FMCG、製薬または工場エンジニアリング分野で3年以上の経験。

・日本語流暢（必須）、英語ビジネスレベル（尚可）。

・要件：設計業務、Best Value Option分析、試運転・立上げ支援、サプライヤーマネジメントができること。
