Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand

Purpose: Operate, maintain, and monitor all facility systems on a 24/7 basis, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance of data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Monitor facility systems including electrical, mechanical, and fire safety
• •Conduct routine inspections and equipment rounds
• •Perform preventive maintenance tasks per schedule
• •Respond to alarms and troubleshoot system issues
• •Execute work orders and document maintenance activities
• •Support emergency response procedures
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of technical areas
• •Assist with equipment commissioning and testing
• •Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity)
• •Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance
• •Participate in shift rotation (day/night/weekend)
• •Record meter readings and system parameters
• •Report anomalies and equipment failures promptly

Job Specification

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

Experience:

• •Minimum 2-3 years in facility maintenance or building operations
• •Experience in shift-based operations preferred
• •Technical training in electrical or mechanical systems

Skills & Competencies:

• •Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• •Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment
• •Computer literacy for logging and documentation
• •Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• •Physical fitness for equipment rounds and manual tasks
• •Good observation and attention to detail
• •Team player with positive attitude

Certifications (Preferred):

• •Electrical/Mechanical trade certification
• •Basic safety training

Language:

Fluent in Thai; basic English helpful
