Die IBO Immobilien Service GmbH betreut eigene Immobilienobjekte im Raum Kempten. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Gebäudemanagement und Technik.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und kleineren Reparaturarbeiten
  • Wartung und Kontrolle der technischen Anlagen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Organisation und Durchführung des Winterdienstes
  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der Außenbereiche

Das bringst du mit

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Elektriker/in, Maler/in etc.) ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Hausmeister oder Facility Manager (m/w/d)
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
