Für unser Bekleidungshaus in Wachenroth suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Betreuung der Immobilie und des Fuhrparks.

Folgende Aufgaben umfassen die Stelle:

  • Überprüfung und Sicherstellung einwandfreier Gebäude- und Haustechnik
  • Verantwortung für die Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutz
  • First Level Support bei technischen Störungen, Schadensfeststellung
  • Beauftragung, Koordinierung externer Dienstleister, Behörden usw.
  • Einholung, sowie Prüfung und Verhandlung von Angeboten zur Vorlage an die GL
  • Effiziente Weiterentwicklung der technischen Infrastruktur
  • Kosten- und Vertragsmanagement (Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen), sowie Erstellung von Berichtswesen für die GL
  • Organisation und Dokumentation innerhalb der Abteilung
