  • Vollzeit 40h/Woche (MO-FR 07-17 Uhr)
  • Als Facility Manager / Springer (m/w/d) sorgst du gemeinsam mit unserem Produktionsteam für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Betrieb.
  • Deine Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:
  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Organisation gemäß Wartungs- und Serviceplänen
  • Tägliche Kontrollgänge durch Anlagen, Maschinen, Geräte und Fahrzeuge
  • Fehler- und Störungsbehebung in Zusammenarbeit mit den div. externen Technikern
  • Koordination externer Handwerker_innen, Techniker_innen und Wartungsfirmen
  • Unterstützung in der Speckproduktion und Viehannahme
  • Hausmeistertätigkeiten (Fensterreinigung, Rasenpflege, kleinere Reparaturen etc.)
  • Urlaubsvertretungen in den Bereichen Verpackung, Etikettierung, Reinigung und Auslieferung
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche bzw. landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick
  • Führerschein der Klasse B (weitere Klassen von Vorteil)
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Unterstützung in verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Deutschkenntnisse der Position entsprechend
