In der abwechslungsreichen Funktion als technischer Objektleiter (m/w/d) im Gebäudemanagement sind Sie für die Betreuung von einem unserer Kunden in Wien verantwortlich und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden, Ihren gewerblichen Mitarbeitern (m/w/d) und unseren Partnerunternehmen. Sie überzeugen durch Ihre ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie durch Ihr unternehmerisches Denken und Ihre Kostenkompetenz.

  • WOMIT SIE UNS BEGEISTERN KÖNNEN
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich HKLS / Elektrotechnik erforderlich
  • Meisterabschluss (HKLS oder Elektrotechnik) von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management bzw. in der Gebäudetechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich CAFM-Systeme, GLT von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis in allen relevanten Gewerken (HKLS, E)
  • Erfahrung im Laborbereich von Vorteil
  • DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS
  • Teamführung und Arbeitseinteilung
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für den Kunden
  • Koordination, Organisation und Begleitung der Dienstleistung direkt beim Kunden
  • Technische Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Budgetverantwortung für die Abteilung
  • Monatsabschluss und Reporting
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten z.B. Zeitplanerstellung, Angebotserstellung
  • Verantwortung für die Leistungserbringung lt. Leistungsverzeichnis inkl. Qualitätskontrollen

Der Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 4.200,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
