  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im handwerklichen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Als Teil unseres Facility Managements Team sind Sie für die Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen
  • (z.B. Ausbesserungsarbeiten an Fliesen, Boden, Türen) zuständig
  • Betreuung der Objekte in Bezug auf Technik, Sauberkeit und Optik
  • Allgemeine Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Kontroll-, Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten an verschiedenen Gebäuden, Außenanlagen und technischen Einrichtungen (z. B. Heizungen, Beleuchtung, Bewässerungssysteme)
