Für einen Kunden in Langenau suchen wir dringend einen Facility Manger (m/w/d)!

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Steuerung des technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements
  • Überwachung und Koordination von Wartungs-, Prüfungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Betreuung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Handwerksunternehmen
  • Planung und Begleitung von Reparatur-, Umbau- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Prüfintervalle und Betreiberpflichten
  • Überwachung von Gebäudetechnik, Energieversorgung sowie sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen
  • Koordination von Störungs- und Schadensfällen
  • Kostenkontrolle sowie Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Dokumentation von Wartungen, Prüfungen und technischen Maßnahmen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Dienstleister, Behörden und weitere externe Partner
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Betriebskosten und Energieeffizienz

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung,
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement oder Facility Management
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Instandhaltung und Betreiberverantwortung
  • Organisationsgeschick, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Dienstleistern und Geschäftspartnern
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
