Im Auftrag unseres Kunden im Raum Günzburg suchen wir Sie als Facility-Manager (m/w/d) – im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung für eine langfristige Festanstellung.

### Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen, Reparaturen, Fehleranalysen und Behebung von defekten Außenanlagen
  • Beauftragung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung externer Handwerksunternehmen
  • Dokumentation von Wartungen, Prüfungen und technischen Maßnahmen

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, beispielsweise im Facility-Management, technischen Gebäudemanagement oder in der Immobilienverwaltung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Technisches Verständnis und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
