Wir suchen einen Facility Manager (m/w/d) .

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Kontrollle von Gebäude
  • Lagerarbeiten
  • Zählerwechsel/ Ablesen von Wasser-und Heizungsanlagen
  • Überwachung von Wartungsterminen
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit bei den Gebäuden
  • kleine handwerkliche Reparaturen (Instandsetzungsarbeiten)
  • Helfertätigkeiten da wo es klemmt
  • Dienstwagen wird gestellt

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handwerksbereich
  • technisches Grundverständnis
  • zuverlässig, belastbar, flexibel, teamfähig
  • selbstbewusstes, freundliches Auftreten
  • PKW- Führerschein ( Klasse B alt)
