Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für haustechnische Belange und übernehmen eigenständig Reparaturen und Instandhaltungen
  • Sie führen Objektkontrollen (z.B. Beleuchtungen) sowie Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten eigenständig durch
  • Sie überwachen die Leistungen externer Dienstleister nach Absprache
  • Sie pflegen die Grün- und Außenanlagen
  • Bei Bedarf übernehmen Sie den Winterdienst und Unterhaltsreinigung

Die folgenden Voraussetzungen sollten Sie erfüllen:

  • Sie sind ein Allround-Talent mit handwerklichen Fähigkeiten und technischem Verständnis
  • Ihre Hands-on-Mentalität bringen Sie im Arbeitsalltag ein
  • Sie erfüllen die Ihnen übertragenen Aufgaben selbstständig
  • Sie sind freundlich, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein Klasse B
  • Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in Elektronik
