Unser Auftraggeber, eine Immobilienagentur, sucht zur Verstärkung in Vollzeit in Berlin-Kreuzberg und stellt im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung ein:

Facility Manager  (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben als Facility Manager (m/w/d)/Technischer Property Manager (m/w/d)

  • Technisches Property Management des Gewerbeimmobilienportfolios
  • Leerstand Bewirtschaftung
  • Rechnungsbearbeitung
  • Einhaltung und Durchsetzung der Nutzungs- und Bewirtschaftungskonzepte
  • Überwachung, Steuerung, Koordination und Abnahme von Baumaßnahmen
  • Ausschreibung, Auswahl sowie Steuerung von externen Partnern

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker  (m/w/d), Haustechniker  (m/w/d), Technischer Property Manager  (m/w/d), Facility Manager  (m/w/d), Immobilienkaufmann  (m/w/d) oder ähnlicher Abschluss
  • Erfahrung im technischen Property Management , idealweise im Bereich Gewerbeimmobilien 
  • TGA -, Versorgungstechnik - und \*\*Brandschutzkenntnisse \*\*wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in den Regelwerken ( HOAI , VOB , DIN )
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1), Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Organisationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
