### Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellen von Wartungs- und Installationsplänen, entsprechend der behördlichen Vorgaben
  • Koordination und Beauftragung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Koordination der wiederkehrenden Sachverständigen-Prüfungen
  • Kostenkontrolle
  • Korrespondenz mit Herstellern und externen Dienstleistern
  • Dokumentation, Archivierung
  • Ausschreibungen und Angebotseinholung für Wartung, Instandhaltung und Ersatzbeschaffung
  • Energiekontrolle

### Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Facility Manager oder eine entsprechende technische Ausbildung (Meister / Techniker)
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Tätigkeitsfeld eines Facility Managers sammeln
  • Du hast ein gutes, sicheres und allgemeines technisches Verständnis
  • Du verfügst über kaufmännisches und kostenbewusstes Denken
  • CAD Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du überzeugst durch Deine Fähigkeit konzeptionell und strukturiert zu Denken und einer hohen Eigeninitiative
  • Reisebereitschaft
