  • Die Aufgaben
  • Betreuung der Arbeitssicherheit als Sicherheitsbeauftragter
  • Übernahme der Aufgaben als Brandschutzbeauftragter
  • Organisation und Koordination der arbeitsmedizinischen Betreuung
  • Betreuung des Gefahrengutmanagements als Gefahrgutbeauftragter
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Planung und Organisation unserer Messeauftritte und gelegentliche Teilnahme
  • Koordination und Durchführung verschiedener Einsätze
  • Das Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Heizung, Lüftung oder Sanitär
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, Gebäudemanagement oder in der technischen Gebäudeinstandhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Haustechnik und technischer Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Handwerksunternehmen
  • Kenntnisse relevanter gesetzlicher Vorschriften und technischer Regelwerke
  • Organisationsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise CAFM-Systemen
