JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 副院长负责完成院长委托的相关管理任务，协助院长维持和扩展养老机构业务。院长不在时，代表院长处理相关事宜。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1.多学科团队（MDT）管理：领导和协调MDT的日常工作，确保为居民提供高质量的护理和服务。
  • 2. 内部管理：监督和管理养老院的行政事务，包括预算、人员配备等。确保遵守吉宝公司所有政策和程序，养老院以安全、高效、有效的方式运营。
  • 3. 销售管理：协助院长提高销售绩效，分析销售绩效，制定销售策略，如改善客户满意度或开发新产品。
  • 4. 质量改进：参与持续的质量改进计划，监测和评估提供的护理和服务的质量，并实施变革以改善居民体验。
  • 5. 合规性：确保项目符合所有相关法规和标准，包括但不限于卫生、安全、感染控制和消防安全。
  • 6. 沟通和客户关系：与居民、家人、员工和其他利益相关者保持良好的关系。促进开放沟通，解决冲突，促进团队合作。
  • 7. 领导力：为社区团队提供领导和支持，营造尊重、合作和致力于优质护理服务的文化。
  • 8. 其他由管理层指定的任务。
