Facility Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Supervise daily facility operations within the healthcare/hospital environment.
• •Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, and support services.
• •Ensure all hospital facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
• •Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
• •Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• •Coordinate with contractors and external service providers.
• •Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospital regulations.
• •Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility reports.
• •Support emergency preparedness and response procedures.
• •Supervise facility staff and ensure efficient task completion.

Requirements:

• •Proven experience as a Facility Supervisor in a healthcare or hospital sector.
• •Knowledge of healthcare facility operations and safety standards.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• •Knowledge of maintenance procedures and facility management practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• •Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Administration, or related field.
• •Experience in healthcare or hospital facility supervision.
