Who you are:

Mainly responsible for factory monthly report, cost update, analysis and factory daily operation of Kunshan Factory.

About the job:

• •Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
• •Perform regular analysis of business performance and report variances.
• •Contribution to monthly and year end closings. Prepare and drive the costing update processes.
• •Work with Finance share service to ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• •Ensure compliance and internal control within area of responsibility in Factory SET Kunshan.
• •Business partner for the factory to help Facotry manager running the factory operations.
• •Mature attitude work with different co-works in the matrix organization.
• •Continuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).

What you know:

• •Bachelor of Economical, Business or equivalent experience
• •Financial knowledge in Operation
• •Above 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
• •Prodcuts,manufacture and process knowledge
• •Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
• •Project work experience
