Ihre Aufgaben

  • Begleitung von Bussen und Bahnen im Streckennetz der DVB
  • Kontrolle der Fahrausweise auf Vorhandensein und Gültigkeit
  • Aufnahme von Personalien der Fahrgäste, wenn ein erhöhtes Beförderungsentgelt notwendig wird
  • Ausübung und Durchsetzung des Hausrechts, Aufrechterhalten von Sicherheit und Ordnung
  • aktiver Kundenservice: Auskünfte, Weiterleitung von Fahrgästen, etc.

Ihr Profil

  • Führungszeugnis ohne Einträge
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtdiensten (auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)
  • Nachweis der Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO oder höher
  • Führerschein wünschenswert
  • Flexibilität
  • gute Umgangsformen, freundliches Auftreten
