Für unseren Fahrservice suchen wir einen

FAHRER / MITARBEITER (m/w/d)

für die PERSONENBEFÖRDERUNG mit Tragebereitschaft und Alltagsbegleitung für 30 Stunden pro Woche (spätere Erhöhung der Arbeitszeit möglich) aus der Nähe von Prenzlau.

DIE AUFGABE:

Fahreinsätze/ Krankentransporte/Rollstuhltransport/ Tragestuhl hauptsächlich zu den Dialysezeiten, Fahreinsätze mit Tragebereitschaft sowie Alltagsbegleitung

DIE ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • körperlich belastbar um Kunden (möglich auch 150 kg) mit Tragestuhl zu befördern, Rollstuhl wird über eine Rampe in das Fahrzeug geschoben
  • der Besitz eines Personenbeförderungsscheins wäre Vorteilhaft, anderenfalls muss man mindestens seit 2 Jahren über den Pkw-Führerschein verfügen und 21 Jahre alt sein, um den Personenbeförderungsschein erwerben zu können
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (Dokumente für Ärzte/Krankenhaus)
  • kundenorientiertes Denken, Hilfsbereitschaft und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • geübter Umgang mit den üblichen Navigationsprogrammen
  • nach Anweisung arbeiten können
  • gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise im Rahmen der täglichen Abrechnung mit Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in der Anlernphase

DIE RAHMENBEDINGUNGEN:

  • unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • 30 h Arbeitszeit verteilen sich überwiegend von Montag bis Freitag in der Zeit von 6 bis 18 Uhr, bei Bedarf auch Samstag (bitte auf Abrufbereitschaft einstellen)
  • Vergütung erfolgt als monatliches Festgehalt
  • Wartezeit bei Ärzten wird ebenfalls vergütet
