Sie möchten älteren Menschen Mobilität und Teilhabe ermöglichen? Als Fahrer / Fahrerin (w/m/d) der Tagespflege mit 6-15 Std./Woche begleiten Sie Seniorinnen und Senioren sicher und freundlich. Mit Ihrem Einsatz helfen Sie dabei, dass unsere Klientinnen und Klienten auch im Alter aktiv bleiben und dadurch ihr Zuhause erhalten können.

### Über unsere Einrichtung

Unser ambulantes und stationäres Pflegeteam der Caritas-Sozialstation Neumarkt begleitet Menschen dort, wo sie sich am wohlsten fühlen: in ihrer vertrauten Umgebung. Wir pflegen mobil, flexibel und mit ganzem Herzen.

Teamkultur ist uns wichtig: Wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig, arbeiten nach klaren Abläufen und kommunizieren offen . Sie werden bei uns gut eingearbeitet und fachlich begleitet . Regelmäßige Fortbildungen und ein wertschätzender Umgang sind für uns selbstverständlich.

### Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben in der Tagespflege

  • Sie holen unsere Seniorinnen und Senioren von zu Hause ab und bringen sie sicher zur Tagespflege oder zu Terminen
  • Sie sorgen für einen achtsamen und freundlichen Umgang während der Fahrten
  • Sie unterstützen beim Ein- und Aussteigen, bei Bedarf auch mit Gehhilfen oder Rollstuhl
  • Sie pflegen die Fahrzeuge und melden technische Auffälligkeiten rechtzeitig

### Profil

  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
  • Freude am Kontakt mit älteren Menschen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Identifikation mit den Werten eines kirchlichen Trägers
