Für unseren internen Fahrdienst suchen wir ab 01.12.2026 einen zuverlässigen und verantwortungsbewussten Fahrer (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie für die sichere und pünktliche Beförderung unserer Mitarbeiter und halten unsere Fahrzeugflotte einsatzbereit.

## Aufgaben:

  • Sichere und pünktliche Beförderung von Mitarbeitern zur Arbeit und zurück
  • Selbstständige Fahrer- und Routenplanung
  • Pflege, Reinigung und Betankung der Dienstfahrzeuge
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Verkehrssicherheit und der Fahrzeiten

## Profil:

  • Führerschein der Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Personenbeförderungsschein (P-Schein) von Vorteil oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu erwerben
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und ein sicherer, umsichtiger Fahrstil
  • Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (inklusive Arbeit an Wochenenden)
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ausgeprägte Kunden- bzw. Serviceorientierung

  • Bezahlung nach Tarifvertrag DGB/GVP
  • gute Sozialleistungen (inkl. Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld, bis zu 30 Tage Urlaub uvm.)

  • Planbare Teilzeitstelle mit 25–30 Stunden pro Woche
  • Unterstützung beim Erwerb des Personenbeförderungsscheins

Wichtiger Hinweis zum Einsatzort: Start- und Endpunkt jeder Schicht ist immer unser Standplatz in Altenburg , an dem das Fahrzeug auch am Ende des Arbeitstages geparkt wird.
