Wir suchen eine/n Fahrlehrer/in für die Führerscheinklasse A oder/und B oder/und C oder/und D in Vollzeit.

  • Anforderungen:
  • -wünschenswert Fahrlehrerlizenz der oben genannten Führerscheinklassen, jedoch nicht zwingend, wenn die Bereitschaft zur Qualifizierung vorhanden ist
  • -Umsicht (z.B. Achten auf die eigene Verkehrssicherheit und die Sicherheit anderer Verkehrsteilnehmer während der Fahrstunden)
  • -Flexibilität (z.B. Einstellen auf immer neue Fahrschüler/innen und deren Lernfortschritte)
  • -Beherrschtheit / Selbstkontrolle (z.B. Ruhe bewahren im Umgang mit ungeduldigen oder lernresistenten Fahrschülern)
  • -Selbstsicherheit (z.B. sicheres und souveränes Auftreten in der Unterrichtssituation)
  • -Freundlich-gewinnendes Wesen (z.B. Motivieren von Fahrschülern, besonders bei den ersten Fahrstunden)
