Unsere Fahrschule Thomas Ehlenbeck sucht für die Standorte Potsdam und Stahnsdorf zur sofortigen unbefristeten Einstellung eine/n Fahrlehrer/in für die Ausbildung von Fahrschülern der Klasse B, BE und eventuell A.

Du bist ein motivierter Fahrlehrer auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung?

Wir bieten Dir die Mitarbeit in einem sympathischen Team zu sehr guten Konditionen an. Du hast eine 35 Std Woche, Überstunden werden höher bezahlt und dein Schulungsfahrzeug kannst du auch privat nutzen. Modernste Ausbildungsmittel und Fahrschulfahrzeuge sind bei uns selbstverständlich.

Du bist angehender Fahrlehrer, befindest dich schon in der Ausbildung und suchst noch eine Ausbildungsfahrschule? Oder bist du unzufrieden mit deiner jetzigen Ausbildungsfahrschule?

Wir haben jahrelange Erfahrung mit der Durchführung des Anwärterpraktikums und den abschließenden Lehrproben, zahlen ein überdurchschnittliches Praktikumsentgelt und würden dich gern nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Fahrlehrerausbildung in ein dauerhaftes Anstellungsverhältnis übernehmen.

Wir bieten attraktive Arbeitsbedingungen an:

  • überdurchschnittliche Bezahlung / Std. bei einer 35-Stundenwoche
  • 28 Urlaubstage pro Jahr
  • Überstunden werden höher vergütet
  • Zuzahlungen für Handynutzung und Fitnessangebote sind bei uns selbstverständlich
  • Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen zum ASF / FES - Moderator werden durch den Arbeitgeber angeboten
  • Die Kosten für die regelmäßige Fahrlehrerweiterbildung werden übernommen.
