Für unsere Fahrschule in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung als Fahrlehrer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Du hast Freude daran, Menschen sicher und mit der nötigen Ruhe durch ihre Führerscheinausbildung zu begleiten? Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, möchtest dich aber trotzdem auf ein funktionierendes Team und eine gute Organisation im Hintergrund verlassen können? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

gültige Fahrlehrerlaubnis der Klasse BE
weitere Fahrlehrerlaubnisklassen, insbesondere A oder CE, sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
einen freundlichen, geduldigen und respektvollen Umgang mit unseren Fahrschülerinnen und Fahrschülern
gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und pädagogisches Geschick
Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
sichere Kenntnisse der für die Fahrausbildung relevanten Verkehrs- und Rechtsvorschriften
Freude an theoretischer und praktischer Ausbildung

Auch Fahrlehreranwärterinnen und Fahrlehreranwärter sind bei uns willkommen. Als Ausbildungsfahrschule begleiten wir Fahrlehrer in Ausbildung während ihrer praktischen Ausbildungsphase und bieten die Möglichkeit, anschließend dauerhaft Teil unseres Teams zu werden.
