Wir sind ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen mit 6 Standorten und suchen ab 01.04.2027 einen erfahrenen Fahrradmechaniker/in (m/w/d) , um unser Team zu verstärken. Wenn du Leidenschaft für Fahrräder hast und gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld arbeitest, bist du bei uns genau richtig! 🌟

Was wir bieten:

  • Flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell : Je nach Wunsch ist eine Einstellung in Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder auf Nebenverdienst-Basis möglich.
  • Wir vereinbaren die konkreten Arbeitszeiten individuell mit dir. Unsere Läden sind in der Sommersaison Montag bis Sonntag von 9 Uhr bis 18 Uhr geöffnet.
  • Unbefristete Einstellung
  • Attraktives Einstiegsgehalt : 25,00 €/Std.
  • Monatlich gleichbleibendes Gehalt ( Festgehalt ).
  • Ăśberstunden werden abgebaut .
  • Die Arbeitszeiten sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vereinbar .
  • Wir bieten attraktive und faire Arbeitsbedingungen .
  • Ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld in einem engagierten Team erwartet dich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Reparatur und Wartung  von Fahrrädern aller Art.
  • Bearbeitung und Bestellung der Warenwirtschaft .
  • Montage von Fahrradkomponenten und Zubehör.
  • Kundenberatung und -service , um unsere Kunden zufriedenzustellen.

Wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrradmechaniker/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung in der Reparatur von eBikes.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Fahrradreparatur und -wartung.
  • Allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse .
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Flexibilität.
  • Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freundlichkeit gegenĂĽber unseren Kunden, auch in stressigen Situationen.
