Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Fahrzeugbewerter (m/w/d), der unsere Gebrauchtwagen professionell unter die Lupe nimmt und mit seiner Einschätzung die Grundlage für gute Einkaufsentscheidungen schafft.Fahrzeugbewerter (m/w/d)• FZG-BEWERTUNG: Neutrale Bewertung unserer zukünftigen Gebrauchtwagen, nach technischen, optischen und wirtschaftlichen Kriterien.• TECHNISCHER CHECK: Prüfung des Fahrzeugzustand, Funktionalität, Verschleiß, Schäden und möglichem Reparaturbedarf.• OPTISCHE BEGUTACHTUNG: Erkennen von Gebrauchsspuren, Lackschäden, Nachlackierungen und sonstige wertrelevante Besonderheiten.• KALKULATION: Ermitteln notwendiger Aufbereitungs- und Reparaturkosten.• DOKUMENTATION: Nachvollziehbares Festhalten deiner Ergebnisse für eine verlässliche Bewertungsgrundlage und Kommunikation gegenüber Kunde.•Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Kfz-Bereich•Erfahrung in der Fahrzeugdiagnose, Gebrauchtwagenbewertung oder Werkstattpraxis ist von Vorteil•Ein geschultes Auge für technische Mängel, optische Schäden und wertrelevante Details•Verständnis für Reparaturkosten, Fahrzeugwerte und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge•Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise•Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und eine klare Kommunikation•Unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag in Vollzeit•Verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben•Kontinuierliche Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten•Attraktive Mehrleistungen, wie betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Jobrad und Mitarbeiterrabatte•30 Tage Urlaub
