Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Fahrzeugdisponenten (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Duisburg Kaßlerfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fahrzeugbestellungen und Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Überwachung der Fahrzeugbestände und des Fuhrparks nach Herstellervorgabe
  • Sachliche und Kaufmännische Prüfung von Fahrzeugkaufverträgen
  • Prüfung der Abrechnung von Fahrzeuggeschäften, nach den festgelegten Vorgaben und Leitfäden des Arbeitgebers
  • Organisation von Fahrzeugzulassungen
  • Erstellung von Fahrzeugrechnungen
  • Beantragung von Prämien sowie Verkaufsförderungen
  • Erstellung diverser Statistiken

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung, idealerweise als Automobilkauffrau/-mann
  • MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
  • Vorkenntnisse: z. B. Dispositionstätigkeiten, Autohauserfahrung sind von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung
  • Organisationsgeschick und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Systematisches Denkvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
